Maybe it is because I spent many weekends of my childhood wandering the fields my grandparents farmed, but I love Farmer’s Markets! Whether at home or abroad, I love to see, smell, and taste what is in season and fresh from the fields.

This morning, we wandered the farmer’s market close to our hotel in Rio de Janero, Brazil. The vendors were quick to offer samples, so we gladly accepted tastes! Strawberries, cherimoya, mango — all at the peak of flavor.

Wish you could taste and smell the marketplace with us. But here, for your enjoyment, is a feast for your eyes.
